The General Manager Is The “Culture Champion” Of Their Restaurant

Job Requirements:

1. High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
3. Must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Get to work on time
5. Travel to other restaurants in Lakeland and Bartow.
6. Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift. 
7. Lift up to 25-50 lbs.
8. Bend and twist
9. Frequent walking
10. Wear a headset
11. Use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.

Compensation:

1. $15.50 to $16.50
