The UI/UX Designer position will create and design user-centered designs for digital products, such as applications, websites, and software. Guide the software design vision by conducting user research and creating wireframe solutions. Balance the needs of the users with the technical constraints of the development teams. Understand human centered design practices/UI/UX design and agile methodologies while collaborating with many teams to create a unified look and feel to different projects across the organization. Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE: Two or more years of experience working as a User Interface/User Experience designer focused on desktop and mobile applications; two or more years of experience creating interface designs and using prototyping software such as Figma, Storybook, Adobe XD, etc.; experience conducting research with end users such as usability testing, interviews, focus groups; experience with and desire to work in an Agile/SCRUM team environment and experience with project management tools like JIRA, Aha!, Azure DevOps.
