About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and user-centric UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences. This role requires strong expertise in Design Thinking, interaction design, and visual storytelling, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive design decisions that align with both user needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate thrives in Agile (SAFe) environments, has a passion for elevating user experiences, and brings a strong balance of creativity, research-driven design, and technical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

UX & UI Design Expertise

• Apply Design Thinking, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture to deliver high-impact designs.

• Use tools such as Figma, Miro, and established design systems to create responsive and scalable UI components.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and build for responsive, device-agnostic experiences.

• Craft visually compelling presentations and write concise, purposeful UX copy.

User-Centered Research & Validation

• Incorporate insights from user research and analytics to inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work independently with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.

• Facilitate design reviews, lead workshops, and advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Present and defend design choices using clear rationale and user-centered thinking.

Problem Solving & Critical Thinking

• Simplify complex workflows and enhance usability in mission-critical enterprise applications.

• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, iterative Agile environment.

Team Engagement & Leadership

• Bring a positive, team-first attitude and contribute to a collaborative, creative work culture.

• Lead or participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and ideation workshops.

• Proactively manage timelines and deliverables while staying aligned with broader team goals.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with AI-driven UX, automation, or predictive design interfaces.

• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews.

• Ability to design micro-interactions and integrate motion design to enhance UX.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across multiple platforms.
