Job Description

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and support the team with various administrative and creative tasks. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, your passion for marketing, and your willingness to learn will help drive the success of our marketing initiatives.

Hourly Rate: $30–$32 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support:
    Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.).

  • Content Creation:
    Help with the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional content.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct market research to gather insights on trends, competitors, and customer preferences to help guide marketing strategies.

  • Social Media Management:
    Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. Respond to comments and messages on social platforms when necessary.

  • Event Coordination:
    Assist in organizing and executing events, both online and offline, including webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.

  • Reporting and Analytics:
    Help track the performance of marketing campaigns, provide regular updates, and assist with the analysis of key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.).

  • Administrative Support:
    Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including managing schedules, booking meetings, and maintaining databases.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with other teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset and a passion for learning about marketing strategies.
